The new Paver Laying Clamp P01-3 makes the small mini excavator even more powerful.
It has more power, is even more stable and shifts paving stones with very large cams or fixing elements. The P01-3 thus expands its range of applications once again.
The 2nd control program is standard now.
The P01 model is characterized by its compact design and low weight.
The new P01-3 is equipped with 30 % stronger shifting cylinders than its predecessor P01-2 and is equipped with reinforced side arms. Now it can shift pavers with large interlocking spacers easier.
A 2nd control program is also new. Every classic Hunklinger excavator laying clamp is equipped with a patented, fully hydraulic automatic control system. Alignment, shifting, gripping and pushing-off take place in automatic sequence. This makes operation very simple and efficient. Alternatively, the machine operator can directly switch off the alignment and shifting functions at any time.
The new kerb support enables simple, direct laying on low kerbs as a laying edge. A wider push-off bar optimizes the laying of grass pavers.
Proven and indispensable, the patented Hunklinger twist clamping system ensures safe gripping of even heavily twisted laying units. This is particularly useful for short, conical spacers, which are especially common with drainage or seepage stones.

Very simple inclination adjustment
Main clamp arm opens upwards, stones can be gripped very low and the bedding remains untouched
Safety handles are adjustable in height and length and easily removed, i.g. to work next to a wall. They also serve as support for quick coupler attachment.
Main and side arms have scales and are easy to adjust without tools.
Active swing brake in two swing directions in the mechanical connection between excavator and device
P01-3 with automatic control is also suitable for loaders and some laying machines
P01-3 is also optionally available in different equipment versions, e.g. without automatic control, without rotator or withouth twist gripping system (see configurator)
The individual clamping lamellas made of high-strength special steel can be individually fine-tuned in the clamping force if required

The P01-3 can lay all types of concrete paving (rectangular stones, composite stones, eco stones, plates, clinker stones) The only exceptions can be found under Special Adapters.
