The new Paver Laying Clamp P12-3 makes mini excavators, paver laying machines and loaders even more productive.
With more robust shifting arms and larger shifting cylinders, it now shifts difficult, shear resisting paving stones even more easily into the running bond.
The 2nd control program is standard now.
The P12 model combines the advantages of the lighter P01 with the more versatile P02: compact frame design and powerful GKM kinematics. The new P12-3 now shifts way more powerful and is built somewhat more robust than its predecessor, the P12-2. It now manages larger interlocking spacers even more easily.
Every classic Hunklinger excavator laying clamp is equipped with a patented, fully hydraulic automatic control. Alignment (pressing on), shifting, gripping and pushing-off take place in automatic sequence. This makes operation very simple and efficient. The standardised 2nd control programme works with maximum flexibility for the new P12-3.
Despite the automatic sequence, stones can be gripped with the side arms switched off and shifted on the floor. It gently pushes formats up to 60/30 or 60/40 into ½. The P02-3 lays stones directly next to a wall.
The new kerb support enables simple, direct laying on low kerbs as a laying edge.
Proven and indispensable, the patented Hunklinger twist clamping system ensures safe gripping of even heavily twisted laying units. This is particularly useful for short, conical spacers, which are especially common with drainage or seepage stones.

P12-3 is also optionally available in different equipment versions, e.g. without automatic control, without rotator, with up to two extra pressure ratios (see configurator)

The P12-3 can lay all types of concrete paving (rectangular stones, composite stones, eco stones, plates, clinker stones) The only exceptions can be found under Special Adapters.
